Pricing: Weddings and Events 
 

 

Packages – the following is presented as a guideline. A package can be tailored to your occasion.

 

1st Package ~ 

The week prior to the wedding we will: 

- Finalize all arrangements with vendors

- Finalize payment schedules 

- Finalize inventory for event/items for ceremony and reception 

- Be on site for load-in and load out at event site (does not include clean up and returning rentals)

- We will be on site assisting with reception: introduction, first dance, cake cutting etc.

- Coordinate with vendors on site

- Assist with preparing the exit from the reception 

$1,750.00 

 

 

2nd Package ~ 

One month prior t0 the wedding, some of the specifics we will take care of for you:

- Go to final meetings with you and your vendors and assist with final decisions/choices/contracts

- Arrange payment schedules

- Prepare schedules for week of and the days prior to the wedding

- We will work with the facility/tent to determine positioning of seating, dance floor, cake area, food area etc. 

- Be onsite for load in and out of vendors 

- Clean-up of event site and returning of rental items

- Unlimited contact-phone, email

- Also included; entire 1st package.  

$2,500.00

 

 

3rd Package ~

For those who do not have the time for planning an event or wedding and just want the end result the 3rd Package is for you.
Here are just a few details we can take care of for you: 

- In consultation with you we organize the budget

- Put together your priorities for the event or wedding

- We will handle location and contracting of all services from our consultation with you
   Locating and securing wedding site, reception site, catering, photographer, video, rentals etc. 

- We will design your entire wedding for you and present the package for your approval - in advance

- Also included in the 3rd package - all of 1st and 2nd packages. 

$3,800.00

 

 

4th Package ~ 

Those who wish to be involved with planning a wedding and need assistance and guidance the 4th Package is for you.
We start with you from the beginning. Creating a plan and following through on items such as: 

- Locating and securing an Officiate for the wedding ceremony

- Locating and securing a photographer

- Locating and securing catering and creating a menu 

- Locating and securing rentals for your wedding or reception

- Locating and securing a wedding site

- Locating and securing a reception site

- We can assist you with invitations, floral, cake, beverages, tent, permits, music, dress, men's apparel, 
   transportation etc.

- We will be with you at meetings with vendors to assist in dialogue and contracting

- Also included – any and all of 1st and 2nd package 

$6,550.00



A deposit is required to secure service. Above packages can be set up under a payment schedule. Please inquire. 

 

 

Pricing is always subject to the customer’s needs and conditions necessary to complete their event.
The above pricing is a guide.
Optional packages can be designed after consultation if necessary. 

 

Above prices are effective for a radius of 40 miles from Nashville, Tennessee.
Not included due to extended travel:
- Overnight accommodations
- Additional staff, mileage
- Food and
- Hours to complete the event outside of the area

As a company, Event Planning by RicheTerre does not accept money from vendors obtained for a customer’s event. We provide assistance, advice and direction based on talent that fits an occasion and is needed or required. We do not suggest a service because a service has paid Event Planning by RicheTerre. 

 

Event Planning by RicheTerre will work on your wedding.
We place our concentration on you.
We do not do three or four weddings on the same day as yours.

We like to place our attention on one family at a time.

Pricing for Events


Pricing for event planning is by the hour. An estimate for event planning can be provided in advance once a free consultation with you has been completed.  

 

Event planning for you is quoted at a rate of $75.00 per hour. Hours are logged. Logs are presented at the 
conclusion of the event and can also be viewed during the process as well.

Payment plans and schedule for payments can be set up in advance. Please inquire.
